Washing & Conditioning Your Extensions

  • Saturate Thoroughly: When washing, ensure your hair is thoroughly saturated with water.
  • Mindful Shampooing: Gently shampoo your scalp, avoiding forceful massaging or going against the hair's cuticle. Always opt for sulfate-free shampoos and products free from alcohol to prevent build-up and maintain the health and appearance of your extensions.

  • Avoid High-Volume Developers: Please DO NOT use a 50-volume developer on your extensions, as this can severely overprocess and damage the hair. If this is your first time coloring, always opt for a lower developer for more controlled, safer results.

While it may not always be from a single donor or as completely unaltered as our Raw Unprocessed Collection (some may be lightly steamed for consistent patterns), it is chemically unprocessed and retains its cuticles intact.
