Booking Your Intimate Hair Experience

My service pricing is thoughtfully set to reflect the luxury, specialized expertise, and premium products I provide for each unique transformation.

• A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This amount serves as the initial payment for your chosen service and will be credited toward your final balance upon completion.
• For early, late, same-day, or group appointments, please contact me directly for personalized arrangements.
• For all services, your journey begins with a meticulous Olaplex-infused shampoo and conditioning ritual. This luxurious preparation is designed to optimize your hair's health and readiness, allowing you to simply arrive and relax, confident that your hair is in the best hands from the very start.

Important Studio Policies & What to Expect

Your safety and satisfaction are my highest priorities. To maintain a safe and exclusive atmosphere for all clients:

• Masks are required or will be provided—no exceptions will be made.
• The presence of additional guests is not permitted.
• The studio address will be communicated after the booking process; therefore, please ensure your email and phone number are accurate to receive essential updates and appointment confirmations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 to 48 hours in advance through email, phone, or text.
• Please note that the $25 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether you provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
• Clients cannot cancel appointments with deposits or prepayments directly through the system. If you need to cancel, please get in touch with us directly. via Phone or Email support@hblhairextensions.com
• Should a client cancel or reschedule more than once without proper notification, I reserve the right to decline future service.

Late Arrival Policy

I understand that travel can be unpredictable, particularly on the subway. I value your time and aim to provide each client with dedicated attention.

• Arriving up to 15 minutes late will incur a late fee of $10.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled, with the non-refundable $25 deposit forfeited.

Remaining Balance & What to Bring (For Extension & Wig Services)

The full remaining balance for your service will be due immediately after the appointment.

Payment Options: I will send a secure payment link or electronic invoice for the remaining balance once your service is complete, allowing for easy and safe payment processing. Or Cash, Zelle is accepted.

For extension and wig installation services, please remember that human hair bundles, lace closures, or lace frontals are NOT provided. You have two convenient options for your hair:

1. Order from HBL Website: Select high-quality human hair directly from our exclusive hair extensions website before your appointment. We will collaborate with a trusted vendor to source the hair you have selected. A separate invoice for the hair will be sent, which must be paid to complete the order. To avoid delays, please ensure your hair arrives at least the day before your scheduled appointment.
2. Bring Your Hair: Feel free to bring your own high-quality human hair to your appointment.

Your Satisfaction, Guaranteed

Your complete satisfaction is paramount to me. During and upon completion of your service, you'll have three distinct opportunities to verify that the service is to your liking and expectation. Any desired changes should be addressed during these verifications, prior to the service being deemed complete and final payment being received.
